A friend of mine, Melissa,
introduced me to another friend, Kim.
Both ladies are health coaches for Take Shape for Life, which is the coaching arm for Medifast weight loss systems.
After talking to these ladies and learning what the program is all about, I decided that it could be just what I’ve been looking for to jump start the diet I’ve been wanting to begin … for the last two years. So here I am, two days down on Medifast through Take Shape for Life.
Kim offers me free health coaching (and it is not free just because she is my friend) as much as I want or need through my journey. In talking to Kim about ways to promote her local Take Shape for Life health coaching business, I told her I would blog about the diet program and tell my network of friends about my progress on Medifast.
By doing this it generates awareness and interest in the program and becomes word-of-mouth, or what we now call viral marketing. You can take this concept and apply it to your client base as well – whether you have a training program, health regimen or diet plan. Ask a friend or client to write about his or her experience using your services.
